There are mutants here, turned crazy and ugly by the lingering electric
radiation. The E-Bomb was blown here to end the war for Germany. Then, of
course, Germany blew up their own selves, leaving the mid-European crater
now called Lake Prussia. The mutants, if they see the dangling line with
their popeyes, will seize it, and if Phineas doesn't quickly jettison it,
well...best not to think about it.
