A vast crowd of swaying lampreys. Vast lines of lampreys sitting upright
on tall, very slender chairs, on either side of a model runway. Men and
women file on to the runway, announcing their special skill to the emcee,
who calls it out to the crowd as trumpets play. Lampreys leap up and
attach themselves to the woman. At first, it's easy. Soon she's
staggering under their weight. She staggers off the stage, covered with
lampreys undulating in all directions, like some out of control medusa
disease.
A line of lumpy lampreys. Turns out they exude a pleasurable toxin into
the bloodstream of the host. One in ten will die at the age of 27. Not
bad odds, baby!
